Sculpt Group is partnering with a design-led architecture studio to find an Architect or experienced Graduate Architect who wants real ownership, real projects, and a pathway that rewards merit over tenure. Start now, and be shaping single dwellings within weeks.

About the role

You’ll join an in-office team delivering single residential developments. You’ll begin in construction documentation, sharpening your detailing and learning how the studio delivers. From there, the role grows into a well-rounded position across the project lifecycle, including the early stages, where ideas start on paper. You’ll be picking up the pencil to sketch, test and communicate design concepts with the team and clients, then carrying them through in Revit and Enscape.

Working under the supervision of senior team members, you’ll be trusted to run projects day to day. That means client communication, consultant coordination and keeping the work moving, with support when you need it and space when you don’t.

What you’ll bring

- 3–6 years’ postgraduate local experience

- Advanced Revit skills

- Enscape proficiency

- Confident, natural hand sketching, with no hesitation about putting pencil to paper in the early design stages (ideally!)

- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to run projects day-to-day under senior supervision

- A portfolio that shows your design and documentation capability (sketches welcome)

- Luxury single residential experience is ideal, but with a strong portfolio, candidates from other project sectors will be considered
