What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled AHPRA-registered Oral Health Therapist with 3-8+ years of experience in preventive care, restorative treatments, periodontal treatment, diagnostics and oral health education. You should have exceptional patient communication skills, particularly when working with anxious or nervous patients, and be confident in a collaborative, team-based environment. We value strong organisational skills and a skilled, compassionate approach to care.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with a passion for high-quality care and a commitment to lifelong learning.



You’ll need to be proactive and confident in managing your patient load while working closely with our team to provide the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Requirements

· Bachelor in Oral Health or Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy

· AHPRA registration

· Up-to-date CPR and infection control training

· Demonstrated clinical experience in preventive, restorative and periodontal care

· Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset

Strongly Welcomed

· Experience with digital charting systems (e.g., Core Practice)

· Experience working with children or nervous patients

· An interest in further training or community outreach
