Sharp Motor Group is on the lookout for a motivated, confident and sales-driven Business Manager (Finance & Insurance) to join our team in beautiful Tweed Heads | Coolangatta!

You'll play a key role in the vehicle sales journey, helping customers find the right finance and insurance solutions while working alongside a passionate, high-performing Vehicle Sales Team.

We're looking for someone who loves a challenge, thrives on achieving targets and knows how to turn great customer relationships into great results.

Previous Finance & Insurance experience is highly regarded but not essential! Experience in a similar sales-driven industry, paired with a genuine curiosity to learn and the drive to succeed, is just as welcome.

What You'll Be Doing

- Willingness to obtain and maintain all required industry accreditations and certifications, including completing ongoing training and meeting relevant compliance requirements, is essential to the role.

- Present and sell a range of finance and insurance products tailored to customers' needs.

- Work closely with Sales Consultants and Managers to maximise opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experience.

- Build customer confidence through explicit communication, accurate information and professional service.





- Ensure all finance applications, documentation and processes meet compliance requirements.

- Take ownership of your results, achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
