The Auto Gallery is a licensed prestige motor dealer and MTA member in Castle Hill. We sell prestige, performance, family and 4x4 vehicles, from everyday SUVs to Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, McLaren and RAM TRX. Our showroom is open seven days, backed by our own licensed mechanics.

About the role
We’re hiring a Consignment Sales Consultant to own the full deal: securing quality cars from private sellers, then selling them to buyers. You’ll work from our seller database and online enquiries, so you start with leads, not a cold-call list.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to seller enquiries, appraise vehicles, and sign seller declarations and consignment agreements

- Keep sellers updated from listing through to sale

- Handle buyer enquiries, test drives, inspections, negotiation and handover

- Maximise gross profit on every deal

- Build repeat and referral business

What you’ll earn

- $58,000–$68,000 base salary (depending on experience) + super

- $150–$500 per car,



plus commission on every sale and finance deal

- Realistic first-year earnings of $75k–$90k+; our top performers earn $100k–$130k+

Your roster
5 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays

About you

- 1+ years in car sales, consignment or real estate sales

- A record of hitting monthly targets

- Strong negotiator with disciplined follow-up by phone, email and SMS

- Knows, or is keen to learn, prestige and performance brands such as Porsche, Mercedes-AMG, Range Rover, BMW and RAM

- Professional presentation, a customer-first approach and transparent, confident communication

- Full Australian driver’s licence and full working rights in Australia
