Elite Resource Australia is recruiting experienced Excavator Operators for a major long-term infrastructure project in Uki, NSW. The work centres on slope stabilisation and rock-catch fencing, offering consistent hours, robust rates and immediate starts.

Local Gold Coast and Northern NSW candidates are strongly preferred.

About the Role:

Operators will work across steep and challenging terrain, supporting a specialist stabilisation crew.

Key tasks include:

Operating excavators fitted with drill-rig attachments to drill anchor holes

Working on slope stabilisation and rock-catch fencing installations

Navigating tight access and difficult ground conditions

Assisting other crews with general labouring when not operating

10-hour shifts, 5 to 6 days per week

Long-term project with immediate start

Pay Rates:

$50/hr: Normal Time

$65/hr: OT1

$75/hr: OT2

Weekly gross potential of $3,000+ with consistent hours

Requirements:

Proven experience operating excavators, especially in tight or complex terrain

Experience with drill-rig attachments highly regarded

Strong understanding of safety protocols and high-risk environments

Willingness to assist with manual labour when required

Reliable, fit for duty and available for long-term work

Must complete a drug and alcohol screen and a face-fit test before starting (organised by Elite Resource)

Gold Coast and Northern NSW-based operators preferred
