Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week. Paid OT when it's busy. Home on time when it's not.

No print experience? No problem. Learn a trade skill and get paid while you do it.

About the Role

Same day turnaround is in our name, and we deliver it. We're growing our finishing team and want to train the next great Print Finisher from the ground up.

You'll learn to run serious finishing kit on our small format floor: Uchida and Duplo cutter/slitters, a Horizon rotary die cutter, commercial laminating and foiling, dieless cutters, a booklet making (perfect bound, saddle stitching, wire binding) and the guillotine. It's fast-paced and deadline-driven, and what you finish ends up in shopfronts, at events and in customers' hands. The details matter.

What You'll Do (Day One)

- Learn the finishing floor alongside an experienced finishers

- Guillotine, trim, score, crease, fold and pack jobs to spec

- Quality check work before it leaves the floor

- Pack and prepare orders for same day dispatch

- Keep your area clean, organised and protected

Where It Grows (Your Path to Owning It)

As you find your feet, you'll step up into:

- Running the cutter/slitters, laminator, foiling and dieless cutters on your own

- Running the Horizon rotary die cutter, perfect binder and booklet maker

- Planning with the print and finishing team, then running your own daily workflow so every job, including same-day and rush jobs, goes out on time

- Basic machine maintenance

- Owning your section of the floor

Skill milestones at 3, 6 and 12 months. Your pay steps up as you hit them.

What the Job Demands (please read before applying)

- Lifting 20kg cartons repeatedly throughout the day

- On your feet for 7.6 hours a day

- Keeping pace on finishing equipment all day

It's busy. It doesn't stop. There's no time to lean,



if you do, it's time used to clean.

About You

You like machines, you move fast, and you take pride in a professional finish.

Required:

- Reliable, punctual and keen to learn a trade

- A sharp eye for detail. If you spot a bad trim before the customer does, you're our person

- A proactive, team-first attitude. You see what's next and get on with it

- Flexible for early starts or late finishes when needed

- Own transport to Ravenhall

Pay: $51,000 to $54,000 + super, stepping up as you hit your skill milestones.
