Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing reception duties, including greeting patients, answering calls, booking appointments and coordinating patient flow.
Delivering a welcoming and positive patient experience.
Dedicating one day per week to Practice Manager responsibilities, overseeing practice operations and administration.
Supporting the team with rostering, performance, training and general operational tasks.
Monitoring practice performance and identifying prospects for improvement.
Supporting clinicians and Dental Assistants to ensure the practice runs efficiently.
Stepping in as a Dental Assistant when required to support clinical operations.
Ensuring clinical rooms are prepared, stocked and maintained to a high standard.
Supporting infection control, sterilisation and compliance procedures.
Building solid relationships with patients, clinicians and the wider support team.
