Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager, the Executive Assistant Manager is a key member of the Executive Committee and provides leadership across the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring our people, our performance and every guest experience reflect the distinctive luxury promise of Sofitel.

Leading our Rooms and Food & Beverage operations, you will combine a luxury mindset with solid commercial acumen, translating our brand promise into exceptional experiences and sustainable business performance. With a particular focus on Food & Beverage performance, guest experience and service culture, you will ensure every touchpoint reflects Sofitel's distinctive blend of French zest, refined luxury and heartfelt hospitality.

Visible and connected across the hotel, you will lead from the floor, remaining close to our guests, our Heartists® and the operation. You will empower our leaders to make confident decisions, take ownership and continually raise the standard,



fostering a culture built on Passion & Pride, Excellence, Empowerment, Proximity, Trust & Transparency and meaningful Relationships.
