We are seeking an experienced Safety, Health & Setting Manager (SHE) to lead and shape our national safety strategy across manufacturing, warehousing, retail, field sales and corporate environments.

This is a unique prospect to influence organisational culture, strengthen leadership accountability and drive best-practice safety, health and wellbeing outcomes across a complex, multi-site business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the national Safety, Health & Workplace strategy across Australia
Shape and embed a "Safety First" culture across all levels of the organisation
Partner closely with the Leadership Team, HR and Operations leaders
Drive governance, risk management, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
Champion physical safety, psychological wellbeing and environmental responsibility
Lead critical incident management, emergency preparedness and business continuity planning
Influence enterprise risk management and sustainability outcomes
Build capability and accountability through coaching, engagement and leadership development
