We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Percy. Renowned for its authentic Spanish cuisine and traditional Spanish wine list, Percy offers a unique dining experience.
Working primarily across dinner service and bar operations, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, solid waiting skills and confidence behind the bar.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering friendly, attentive and skilled table service.
Taking orders and serving food and beverages efficiently.
Supporting bar operations and preparing and serving drinks.
Sharing knowledge of our menu, wines and beverage offerings with guests.
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant and bar.
Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service.
