Working alongside the Manager, you will coordinate clinical care, support the care team and ensure residents receive safe, high-quality,



person-centred care.

Your responsibilities will include clinical assessments, care planning, supporting staff, maintaining compliance and promoting positive resident outcomes.

About you:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience in residential aged care, preferably in a clinical role
Strong clinical leadership and communication skills
Sound understanding of aged care standards and legislation
A passion for quality, person-centred care
An interest in relocating to a beautiful coastal community
