/n Redspot Car Rentals is seeking Full-time Rental Sales Officers to join our Gold Coast Airport team. The position will be part of a rotating roster, that includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply /n /n

About the role
/n /n Primary responsibilities include: /n /n
Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter /n
Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries /n
Checking of vehicles prior to and on return of rentals /n
Cross-sales /n /n /n About You /n /n The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive and professional attitude and will have the following skills and attributes: /n /n /n
Adaptive verbal and written communication /n
Outstanding Customer Service /n
Ability to identify customer needs and make sales /n
Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software /n
Solid attention to detail /n
Organisation skills and ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment /n




Flexibility with willingness to learn and adapt /n
