Job Description
Provide effective, friendly and qualified service to all guests.
Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests (internal or external) are positive, productive, and qualified.
Logging all guest requests to ensure all request are met within established timeframes
Following up with the relevant team member to ensure guest requests are being fulfilled
Assisting and directing guests with local attractions and directions
Securely storing and delivering guest luggage
Assist with and cover valet parking as required.
