About the role
Signal Waste is looking for a commercially minded, people-focused Account Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio of business clients. You'll inherit an existing client base, build stronger relationships, secure contract renewals and earn commissions by helping those accounts grow.

Key responsibilities
Managing and developing relationships with existing B2B clients Securing contract renewals and protecting recurring revenue Identifying prospects to grow accounts through additional services Meeting clients,



understanding their needs and solving problems Working closely with our operations team to deliver excellent service Taking ownership of client retention and account growth targets About you Experienced Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, retaining customers, and solving problems Commercially minded and people-focused $75K–$85K base salary plus super $120K OTE, depending on experience and performance Car and Fuel Card or Car Allowance and Fuel Card Attractive, uncapped commission structure An established portfolio of existing business clients No cold calling or endless prospecting The backing of an experienced operations team Genuine ownership of your portfolio and the prospect to make a real impact
