Your current company

An exciting opportunity is available to join a large, established organisation within their Market Operations team. You'll be part of a supportive, multi-state team in a customer-focused environment, with structured training and ongoing coaching provided.

Your new role

As a Market Operations Associate, you'll work within a middle-office function, with the position focused approximately 80% on processing and 20% on phone-based customer support.

Your responsibilities will include:
Processing transactions and credit accounts
Managing customer requests through email and the client portal
Providing high-quality customer service and stakeholder support
Handling a small volume of inbound calls, generally no more than 10
Making approximately 20 outbound calls per day to progress or finalise existing requests
Liaising with internal stakeholders
Completing accurate and timely processing in a rapid-paced environment
Supporting customers with existing enquiries and requests, with no cold calling involved

What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 12 months' experience in a customer-focused role
Experience within banking, transactional banking, insurance,



contact centres or another customer-focused environment
Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
Confidence in communicating with customers by phone and email
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage processing-focused work
The ability to work effectively within a structured team environment
Availability to complete the initial 8 weeks of training in the office

What you'll get in return

$38.89 + super per hour
Approximately 50% hybrid working following the initial 8-week training period

Standard working hours of approximately 8:00am to 4:30pm/5:00pm, aligned with Sydney/Melbourne operating hours
