Boilermaker Welder (BMW) - Heavy Earthmoving Equipment Repairs $56-$60/hr | Monday-Friday | 40 Hours per Week | Adelaide Based

Chandler Macleod is currently seeking an experienced Boilermaker Welder for a Adelaide -based workshop role focusing on the repair and maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment (HME).

Working within a well-established team, you will be responsible for carrying out structural repairs, rebuilds, and fabrication work on mining and civil equipment, including buckets, trays, blades, and other heavy components.

Key Responsibilities
Heavy structural repairs on buckets, trays, blades, and attachments
Fabrication and welding of wear plates and structural components
Crack detection, gouging, preparation, and weld repairs
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and repair specifications
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety

Essential Requirements




Trade Qualified Boilermaker / Welder
Demonstrated experience with heavy earthmoving equipment repairs
Proven 4G Flux Core welding experience
Ability to pass weld testing if required
Current Driver's Licence
Solid commitment to workplace safety and quality
