About the role

The Commercial Lawyer will handle a variety of legal matters, providing expert advice and representation to clients. This role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities
Provide legal advice on commercial transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Represent clients in negotiations and disputes.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Skills & experience
Proven experience in commercial law, including contract negotiation and drafting.
Strong capability in legal research and analysis.




Demonstrated ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
