We are currently seeking an Corporate Accountant to join our Head Office Team.

Key Responsibilities:
Leading, supporting and mentoring the accounts team
Overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Managing invoicing, receipting, creditors and reconciliations
Supporting payroll processes where required
Coordinating month-end activities
Ensuring financial information is accurate and delivered on time
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cashflow reporting
Maintaining strong financial controls and procedures




Reviewing existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
Improving systems, workflows and reporting
Working closely with management and operational teams
Liaising with external accountants and auditors when required and oversee the financial accounting, tax, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions

The Successful Candidate
Excellent English and Chinese (Mandarin) language skills
A minimum of 4 years relevant financial accounting experience in Australia
Previous Experience in a Senior Accounts Position
Qualification majoring in Accounting related discipline
Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills (Excel and MYOB)
Accurate Data Entry skills
Excellent attention to detail
Well organisational skills
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
Team player but able to work independently
