Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Caseworker for the Permanency Support Program (Out of Home Care). This full time contract (35 hours per week) runs until July 2027, based in North Parramatta with travel across the Sydney region.

You will coordinate care for children in out-of-home care with a robust focus on permanency, cultural connection and healing, while managing a caseload of around 11 children. Responsibilities include developing case plans and risk assessments, supporting family time,
