Chef / Cook | The Mill Hotel

The Marlow Hotel Group is an exciting, dynamic expanding hotel group consisting of eight hotels throughout Sydney and NSW including, Peachtree hotel (Penrith), Silverwater Hotel (Silverwater), Kings Park Tavern (Kings Park), Intersection Tavern (Ramsgate) & more. The group operates quality Hotel Bistro Operations throughout all their hotels.

The bistro will operate seven days a week from 1130am-9pm and runs all traditional hotel facilities including Bar, Gaming, TAB, Food and Accommodation.

Currently we are looking for other industry professionals to join our team while receiving support, coaching and direction from our executive chef. We require cooks and chefs that want to join an award winning hotel group.

Trade qualified or equivalent
