About the role:

Edutemps is seeking an experienced RTO compliance qualified with hands-on ASQA re-registration experience for a temporary assignment on the Central Coast, expected to run until March 2027.

You will review compliance documentation, address gaps and progress rectifications to support the organisation's re-registration preparation. The work includes Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS), training and assessment policies, and broader policies and procedures.

Ensuring compliance with ASQA requirements, the Standards for RTOs 2025 and relevant legislative requirements.
Reviewing TAS for compliance gaps and required updates.
Reviewing and rewriting training and assessment policies.

Checking policies and procedures for accuracy, consistency and alignment with current requirements.
Working with the college team to ensure documentation reflects its operations and learner needs.

About you - You will bring:
Demonstrated experience in a dedicated RTO compliance role.
Recent, hands-on experience preparing an RTO for ASQA re-registration.
Strong working knowledge of the Standards for RTOs 2025 and relevant legislative requirements.
Experience identifying compliance gaps, progressing rectifications and preparing supporting documentation.
Practical experience reviewing TAS and writing RTO policies and procedures.
Robust attention to detail and the ability to organise and progress compliance work.

You will also bring a compassionate, culturally respectful approach to working within a community education setting supporting diverse learners, including people who have disengaged from education and those accessing rehabilitation services.
