About us
Khodal Facility Solutions is a growing Adelaide-based commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance company. It services client sites across South Australia, including a multi-year council contract in Port Augusta.

About the role
You will plan, organise, direct and control our cleaning operations across all client sites. You will report to the Director and be responsible for service delivery, the workforce, budgets, quality and WHS. This is a management role. You will direct supervisors and cleaning teams, and you won’t do routine cleaning yourself.
Key responsibilities
Plan and coordinate cleaning operations across all client sites, including regional SA
Set service schedules, allocate resources and adjust to client and seasonal demand
Decide staffing levels and oversee onboarding, training, rostering and performance of supervisors and cleaning teams
Prepare and manage the operating budget, and control labour, consumables and equipment costs




Set quality standards and KPIs, oversee site audits, and handle escalated client issues
Develop and implement WHS policies, chemical safety (SDS), risk assessments and incident management
Manage purchasing and supplier relationships for equipment and consumables
Report performance to the Director and drive process improvements

About you
Essential
A Diploma or higher in business, management or a related field, or at least 3 years of relevant management experience
At least 3 years managing cleaning, facility services or similar operations, including staff and budgets
Working knowledge of WHS legislation, chemical safety and risk management
Robust leadership, communication and client-relationship skills
Confident with rostering, reporting and office software

Desirable
Multi-site commercial cleaning experience
Experience with quality systems or service-level KPIs
Current driver licence (the role includes travel to client sites, including regional SA)
