What You'll Be Doing
Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with menu and dietary requirements
Apply food safety, hygiene and workplace health procedures
Maintain food safety documentation and compliance standards
Manage stock control and stock rotation
Support efficient kitchen operations and minimise waste
Contribute to a positive dining experience for residents

What You'll Bring
Previous experience as a Chef or Cook within hospitality, healthcare or aged care
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and food safety practices
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to maintaining a safe and positive workplace culture
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday
