12-Month Contract | Sydney CBD (Hybrid) | Up to $1500/d

A reputable global bank is launching a current programme and needs an Aladdin specialist to help turn its target operating model into working day-to-day processes. You’ll sit at the centre of a major middle office transition, defining how the function operates and making sure it’s ready to go live.

Aladdin Implementation LeadWhat you'll be doing day to day:
Translate the high-level operating model design into practical, documented procedures and workflows
Define the separation of the middle office function and embed the associated operational responsibilities
Build training resources and support UAT ahead of go-live
Work closely with custodians and internal stakeholders across the trade lifecycle, including trade matching, settlement and corporate actions
Manage voluntary elections and cash recording within the Aladdin book of records

What we're after:
Deep,



hands-on Aladdin experience supporting public markets assets and middle office services
Solid end-to-end middle office background, ideally gained in‑house at an asset manager or super fund
Solid knowledge of the trade lifecycle: matching, custody settlement and corporate actions
Experience working with custodians on voluntary elections and cash reconciliation
Alternatively, consulting experience onboarding an organisation onto Aladdin, including operating model definition, workflow design, training and UAT
Able to demonstrate that you’ve run the service on Aladdin, or set up a team to go live on it
