The key duties of this role will be:
Customer Service Support
Resolve customer issues and email enquiries
Awareness and escalation of Online Customer Reviews
Complaints Handling, email and phone
Customer Service Process & Procedures documentation
Organisation and scheduling of customer rectifications
Warranty claims management
Email and Callback management

This role requires:
Someone who can multitask across multiple platforms including in house scheduling systems, Microsoft Office and Outlook Express
Excellent verbal communication skills, clarity of speech, and a professional written manner for both in house and customer correspondence
Confidence with phone systems - headsets, using hold and transferring calls etc




The ability to communicate details via email or other platform while actively listening and engaging with a customer
A person who excels in time management and can distinguish priority tasks
A person with the ability to learn products and services quickly
The ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a high attention to detail
