Summary:We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. and performance evaluationsMonitor inventory levels and order supplies as neededEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulationsHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and qualified mannerAssist with menu planning and pricing strategiesMaintain a clean and organized restaurant environmentAssist with financial management, including budgeting and cost controlQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferredMinimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisor or assistant restaurant management roleStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work in a rapid-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of food safety regulations and best practicesProficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
