With a full time Leasing Consultant, Receptionist, and another Property Manager by your side, you'll have the backing to focus on what you do best!

The Role

You’ll take ownership of a 200 property portfolio, with the support to deliver a high standard of service without being stretched across every aspect of property management.



Your responsibilities will include:
Managing landlord and tenant relationships, including onsite meetings when required
Overseeing arrears, lease renewals and tenancy notices
Conducting routine and outgoing inspections
Coordinating maintenance and resolving tenancy issues
Issuing breach notices and managing compliance matters
Attending open homes as required
Making considered decisions that protect landlord interests and support long-term portfolio performance

About You
10+ years' experience in residential Property Management
Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation, compliance and risk management
Confident managing complex landlord and tenant relationships
Organised, proactive and commercially minded
Experience with PropertyTree is highly regarded
Someone who values teamwork, stability and a sensible work-life balance
