Our client is looking for a reliable Waste and Recycling Team Member to join their team. Roles include sorting reusable items for markets, directing green waste drop-offs, and assisting with customer-facing market duties and site clean-up.

Your new role
Work across different areas of the facility, assisting where required
Sort reusable and saleable items for the weekend market
Direct customers to correct bays for green waste drop-off
Perform customer-facing duties during market operations
Assist with manual labour, site clean-up, and general maintenance
Commit to ongoing work, including regular weekend shifts
Maintain reliability, safety awareness, and a solid team attitude

What you'll need to succeed
Reliability and commitment to ongoing, including weekend work




Willingness to perform manual labour in an outdoor environment
Good communication skills for customer-facing tasks
Ability to follow directions and work across different areas of the site
A positive attitude and robust team focus
