The Opportunity

Royal Freemasons Elizabeth Gardens is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Team Leader who is committed to delivering exceptional care and leading by example.

As a valued member of the nursing leadership team, you will play a key role in enhancing the wellbeing, dignity, and quality of life of our residents through compassionate, person-centred care and robust clinical leadership.

We are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about aged care, committed to clinical excellence, and focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for residents while fostering a positive and supportive team environment.

This permanent part time position requires a commitment to the following roster:
Tuesday: 3:00pm - 10:15pm
Wednesday to Friday: 7:00am - 3:15pm

Your Responsibilities
Lead and support the clinical and care team to deliver secure, high-quality, person-centred care
Coordinate care delivery, clinical assessments, care planning, and AN-ACC documentation
Administer medications and oversee wound management in line with best practice standards
Collaborate with residents, families, medical practitioners, and allied health professionals to achieve positive care outcomes




Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, workplace health and safety requirements, and organisational policies
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance
Support quality improvement initiatives and effective resource management
Foster a positive team culture through coaching, mentoring, and open communication

Who We are Looking for
Minimum 3 years Registered Nurse Experience
Leadership experience preferably in an Aged Care Setting
Knowledge of Aged Care Standards
Commitment to person-centered care
Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and care planning skills
