Job DescriptionABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Dayforce Integration Developer to design, build and support integrations between Dayforce and other business systems on an implementation for a large Australian organisation. This is a 6 month contract role, working hybrid from Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.You will work with internal teams and third-party vendors to make sure data moves cleanly and securely between systems, and you’ll own the build, testing and support of those integrations.This role is open to Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents only.WHAT YOU’LL DOIntegration DevelopmentDesign, develop and implement integrations using APIs, SQL scripts and middleware toolsBuild and maintain data mapping, transformation and validation processesMake sure data exchanged between systems is accurate and secureRequirements & Solution DesignWork with business and technical stakeholders to gather integration requirementsRecommend integration approaches that fit the requirement and the platformCollaborate with third-party vendors on interface design and testingSupport & OptimisationMonitor integration performance and provide ongoing support and troubleshootingIdentify prospects to improve processes through better integration and automationParticipate in implementation and enhancement work involving system interconnectivityDocumentationMaintain technical documentation for integration processes and workflowsWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORMust-Have5+ years of integration development experience3+ years of hands-on Dayforce integration experienceStrong understanding of integration architecture, APIs and ETL processesExperience building and supporting integrations in productionAustralian Citizen or Permanent ResidentBased in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne and able to work hybridTechnical DepthDayforce integration tools and APIsREST APIs and middleware platformsSQL scriptingETL, flat file processing and EDIData mapping, transformation and validationPreferred CertificationsDayforce certification (Integration or HCM)NICE TO HAVEExperience with ERP integrations, such as Epicor P21 / Prophet 21Background in distribution or manufacturing environmentsExperience on a full Dayforce implementation through go-liveWHAT SETS YOU APARTYou write integrations that are easy for the next person to supportYou find the root cause, not just the workaroundYou’re comfortable working directly with vendors and business usersYou spot automation opportunities without being asked
