Nine Entertainment Co is seeking a proactive Client Success Coordinator to onboard corporate subscriptions across print and digital platforms. You will manage existing accounts, renewals, and proactively identify prospects for growth while delivering prompt support to client inquiries.

Reporting to the Client Success Lead, you will maintain accurate client records, support data-driven reporting, and contribute to a high level of client satisfaction in a quick-paced media workplace.
