Marsh in Melbourne is hiring a Client Services Officer to act as the vital link between clients, financial advisors, and support staff. You’ll manage service tasks, prepare documents, and ensure compliance while delivering an outstanding client experience in a hybrid role.

You will work in our Melbourne office at least three days per week, supporting advisors, handling inquiries, and helping to improve client satisfaction with proactive service and productive processes.
