Working closely with the Sales & Engineering Director, you will have responsibility for identifying, qualifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer requirements and developing appropriate technical solutions, managing opportunities through the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, and expanding the customer base across defence, commercial and specialised markets. You will develop an increasingly autonomous role as the business continues to grow.

About you
Proven experience in technical sales or business development, preferably involving mechanical, electrical or systems hardware




Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new customer opportunities
Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Confidence and initiative to work independently while contributing to a small team
Knowledge of EMI shielding, thermal management or related technologies is highly regarded, but not essential
