ALDI Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales and inspire a high-performing team. As part of the leadership team, you will support rostering, reporting, coaching, stock management and merchandising while upholding safety, presentation and customer service standards.

This full time role includes five weeks of annual leave, leadership training and transparent progression within our Australian network, with a supportive team workplace.
