Latrobe City Council in Morwell is seeking a Senior Rates Services Officer to manage complex rating matters and support and develop colleagues. The role focuses on loyalty to legislation, accuracy of rating databases and delivering high-quality service to ratepayers.

The ideal candidate has robust experience in rating systems, property rating processes and interpretation of relevant legislation, with a team-oriented, data-driven approach. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office is offered.
