You will report to the Chief People Officer and shape strategy, strengthen leadership capability and build a high-performing P&C; team aligned to Avant’s purpose and values.

You will lead a team, partner with executives on workforce priorities, develop talent pathways and ensure robust employment practices across the organisation.
