ABOUT YOU
Reception Duties
Assisting with general administrative tasks
Maintaining files and records
Preforming basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, creating quotes
Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position




Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
