The Recent York State Department of Environmental Conservation seeks a Qualified Engineer 1 (PE1) in the Regional Division of Water (DOW), Region 7 Kirkwood Office. You will assist with administration of DOW programs, including flood control, dam safety, and grant funding initiatives.

You will serve as a technical lead, review projects, conduct inspections, and participate in emergency response for high-water events. Robust engineering judgment and regulatory reading skills are essential.
