d’Albora Tin Can Bay is seeking a capable Marina Manager to lead operations at our premier marina. You will drive exceptional customer service, grow occupancy, ensure site compliance, and mentor the team across maintenance, contractor management and financial reporting.

The role requires 3+ years of management in customer-facing settings, solid leadership, problem-solving, and a passion for boats. Australian residency is essential and weekend roster availability is expected.
