Our construction client is looking for Senior Test Analyst on contract basis to join their team.
They are open for both Melbourne & Sydney people.

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join the PayTAM Program in Melbourne/Sydney.
This is an exciting chance for a testing skilled with solid experience across Payroll and Time & Attendance , with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) .
You will work closely with business, technology and delivery teams to plan and execute testing across payroll and time-related systems, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and meet business and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:
Robust experience as a Senior Test Analyst / Test Analyst within complex enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on experience testing Payroll and Time & Attendance solutions.
Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) .
Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) .
Strong understanding of payroll processes, including payroll calculations, employee master data and payroll-related integrations.

Essential Skills & Experience:




Solid experience as a Senior Test Analyst / Test Analyst within complex enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on experience testing Payroll and Time & Attendance solutions.
Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) .
Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) .
Robust understanding of payroll processes, including payroll calculations, employee master data and payroll-related integrations.
Experience designing and executing end-to-end, integration, functional and regression testing .
Robust experience in test planning, test case development, execution and defect management.
Experience working across complex system integrations and interfaces.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a large program environment.
