Reporting into our Sigma Customer Service Team Lead's, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our pharmacy partners. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely, accurate and skilled support while building solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling customer enquiries with a focus on one-call resolution, maintaining accurate records using our CRM system (Genesys), and escalating issues appropriately in line with company policy. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Promotions, Retail, Pricing & IT to ensure seamless customer outcomes and promote end-to-end customer solutions.
