Metrix Group, a proudly Australian owned family company, is seeking an experienced shift supervisor to lead our manufacturing team in Melbourne. The role involves hands-on supervision, coordinating dispatch, and ensuring processes run to schedule with attention to quality and safety.

You will motivate the team, operate CNC equipment, and handle packing, quality checks, and dispatch tasks. A high-energy, problem-solving leader with solid mechanical aptitude is preferred.
