Centacare is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join our payroll team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports a workforce of around 4,000 employees across community services in Brisbane, operating in a hybrid format with adaptable working days.

You will interpret contemporary awards (SCHADS and CSA), manage complex reconciliations and backpays, provide technical guidance to the team, and contribute to payroll process improvement.
