Blaze Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Assembly Line Leader in Dandenong South, Melbourne to oversee a busy cabinet and timber furniture operation. This hands-on, rapid-paced role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record in timber products.

You will operate a 3-axis CNC machine, mentor the team, maintain a protected and tidy site, and communicate progress and risks to management to ensure daily production targets are met.
