Mission Australia in Mandurah seeks a dedicated Case Manager to work with young people aged 12 to 18 and their families. This in office role supports intake, assessments, and tailored case management to improve safety, stability and wellbeing.

You will conduct risk assessments, provide informal counselling, coordinate with schools and services, and engage families to strengthen relationships and outcomes. This is a max-term, part time position with a solid emphasis on person-centered support.
