Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking a part time Bartender for Lobby Lounge, located in Sydney's CBD. The role focuses on service and preparation of wine, beers, spirits, cocktails and coffees, with prospects to craft cocktails using unique ingredients.

The ideal candidate has bar experience, a robust knowledge of classic cocktails, and barista skills are advantageous. You will work autonomously in a dynamic environment with a rotating 7-day roster and NSW RSA certification.
