The Victorian Ombudsman (VO) is seeking a Strategy and Business Improvement Officer to lead strategic planning, governance and continuous improvement across VO. You will translate strategy into operational plans and support the delivery of planning and project management frameworks.
This role involves strategic problem solving, identifying improvement prospects, providing insights to VO leaders and committees, and driving organisational change for recent business models and processes.
