About the role

Bountiful Care is a Nursing and Disability Support Service that specialises in delivering complex care to participants through the NDIS. We are a boutique service that is run by a Registered Nurse and strives to deliver a high level of person-to-person centred care. We are looking for a Casual Registered Nurse to join our team for four weeks over the Christmas / New Year period.

Key responsibilities
Work closely with the Bountiful Care management team to provide Community Nursing to our participants
Wound care and management
IDC/SPC care and management
Tracheostomy care and management
Medication management and oversight
Other nursing duties as required
Ensure all clinical notes contain exact, complete, and accurate information
Contribute to staff training and clinical guidance




Maintain strong accountability across NDIS and skilled nursing standards
Escalate and report significant clinical concerns to clinical nurse or clinical nurse consultant

About you
Experience in Community Nursing, providing wound management, SPC and manual handling
Availability through the Christmas and Current Year period including weekends and public holidays
High level of English proficiency, including speaking, listening, comprehension and writing
Empathy and a caring nature
Ability to follow strict procedures and protocols
Ability to work individually and as a team
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
Current AHPRA Nursing Registration
Disability Worker Screening Card required
