About the role

This is a production role involving the operation of machinery and production equipment, as well as manufacturing, assembly, packing, and dispatch of products.

Key responsibilities
Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with the manufacturing, assembly, packing, and dispatch of products
Load and unload materials and finished goods
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
Follow workplace health and safety procedures and company policies
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Perform manual handling and lifting duties as required
Support team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
Report machine faults, safety hazards, or quality issues promptly

About you
Previous factory, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience




Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks and lift up to 30kg
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable transport and punctual attendance
Good communication skills
Full working rights in Australia
Attend work reliably and punctually
Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Maintain a high standard of safety awareness at all times
