Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of late-stage commercial collections and recoveries accounts
Investigate accounts through skip tracing and information gathering to support positive outcomes




Build rapport with customers to understand circumstances and negotiate repayment plans or settlements
Handle inbound and outbound customer conversations with professionalism and empathy
Assess financial hardship applications in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve individual and business objectives
Maintain accurate records and case notes within company systems

What You'll Bring
Minimum 1 year's experience in collections or recoveries
Exposure to late-stage collections, recoveries or arrears management highly regarded
Experience with skip tracing and negotiating payment arrangements
Solid communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills
Resilience, accountability and a solutions-focused mindset
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, KPI-driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Salesforce experience advantageous but not essential
Litigation experience highly regarded
